Our commitment
DoctorBookly respects intellectual property rights. Users and providers must only upload content they own or have permission to use (photos, logos, text, videos).
Reporting infringement (DMCA)
If you believe content on DoctorBookly infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@doctorbookly.com including:
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- URL or sufficient detail to locate the material on our site.
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under applicable law. We may restore content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights may be terminated.
