Terms of Service
Terms governing use of DoctorBookly — an international medical information and connection platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DoctorBookly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform role (YMYL)
DoctorBookly is a technology platform that connects users with healthcare-related listings and tools. We are not a medical provider, insurer, or emergency service. Listings are submitted by third-party providers who are responsible for their accuracy, licensing, and compliance with local laws.
Always verify credentials, location, pricing, and availability directly with the provider before making healthcare decisions.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, illegal content, or violation of these terms.
4. Provider listings
Doctors, hospitals, labs, offer providers, employers, and blood bank participants must provide truthful information and maintain valid licenses or authorizations where required. We may review, approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
5. Bookings, offers & payments
Bookings and offers may be subject to provider-specific terms, cancellation policies, and applicable fees. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by third-party processors subject to their terms.
6. User content
Reviews, Q&A, messages, and uploads must be lawful, respectful, and not misleading. You grant us a license to display and moderate content on the platform. We may remove content that violates policy or applicable law.
7. Prohibited conduct
- False medical claims, impersonation, or unlicensed practice promotion.
- Harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to breach security.
- Uploading malware or infringing intellectual property.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes in any jurisdiction.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoctorBookly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of listings, bookings, or third-party services.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Questions: legal@doctorbookly.com
