Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for DoctorBookly listing subscription packages — including our 3-day money-back guarantee.
Scope
This policy applies to digital listing subscription fees paid to DoctorBookly through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). It covers doctor, hospital, lab, offer, job upgrade, and website advertising packages.
DoctorBookly does not process patient appointment fees, clinical service charges, or booking payments between patients and providers.
3-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your listing subscription, you may request a **full refund within 3 calendar days** of your first payment for that plan. Contact support@doctorbookly.com with your Lemon Squeezy receipt. After 3 days, refunds follow the standard cancellation rules below unless required by law.
Billing cycle
- Listing plans are billed **yearly** (one payment per 12 months) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Prices on the website may show an equivalent **monthly rate for comparison** — the amount charged is the yearly total shown at checkout.
- Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax where applicable, and receipts.
- Renewals occur automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel before renewal through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing support@doctorbookly.com. After cancellation, paid listing features remain active until the end of the current yearly period. No partial refunds for unused months after the 3-day guarantee window unless required by law.
Other refunds
- Duplicate charges or verified technical errors: full refund within 14 days.
- Free job Basic tier: no payment, no refund applicable.
- Listing subscriptions do not guarantee patient volume — dissatisfaction with leads alone is not an automatic refund after the 3-day window.
