Chest pain after exercise?

I get chest tightness and sometimes mild pain after running or heavy exercise. It goes away after resting. I'm 35, no known heart conditions. Should I see a cardiologist?

Chest pain after exercise requires medical evaluation. While it could be muscle strain, it might also indicate heart-related issues. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a cardiologist for an ECG stress test, blood pressure check, and review of your medical history. Please monitor when the pain occurs, its intensity, and any associated symptoms. If pain is severe or occurs at rest, seek immediate medical attention.
