Be the calm, professional voice of DoctorBookly for patients and providers. You will handle listing questions, account assistance, onboarding guidance, and triage of trust & safety queries with empathy and precision.

Requirements
• 2+ years customer support, healthcare admin, or call/chat centre experience
• Excellent written English; additional languages highly valued
• Patience under volume; careful documentation habits
