Full job description
Own post-onboarding relationships with listed doctors, clinics, hospitals, and labs. You will ensure profiles stay complete and visible, gather product feedback, and help providers realise value from DoctorBookly listings — protecting retention and reputation across markets.

Requirements
• 3+ years customer success, account management, or clinic coordination
• Strong written communication and stakeholder cadence
• Experience with SaaS dashboards / CRMs
• Ability to coach providers without overselling
