Full job description

Architect and lead DoctorBookly's global provider listing acquisition engine across 50+ countries. You will build playbooks, coach regional consultants, prioritise markets, and personally own strategic enterprise conversations with hospital groups and clinic networks.

This role is for experienced B2B leaders who can scale ethical, high-trust healthcare marketplace growth — with compensation that meaningfully rewards sustainable listing and partnership performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years B2B sales leadership in SaaS, marketplaces, or healthcare
• Experience managing multi-country or multi-region pipelines
• Excellence in forecasting, coaching, and CRM hygiene
• Ability to represent a medical brand with professionalism and empathy
